Teacher of Design Technology job summary
The Campion School is committed to providing the best possible learning and working environment for both pupils and staff.
As we look to bolster our already vastly talented teaching staff, we currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and well-qualified Teacher of Design Technology. The school has good specialist facilities and the department is a successful one with a number of students entering university courses each year. In 2022, like previous years, we achieved fantastic results; 76.3% achieved 5-9 and 91.5% 4-9 at GCSE. At A level, 56% achieved A*/A and 81% A*-B. The ability to teach at A level standard would be an advantage and the successful candidate would also be required to each GCSE.
This makes this role ideal for an NQT or Design Technology teacher in the first few years of their career. Equally, it would also be a great opportunity for someone with more experience under their belt to progress further amongst some talented colleagues.
