Teacher of Design & Technology job summary
Located on the stunning Jurassic Coast and with the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close by, Exmouth Community College is one of the largest secondary schools in the country with over 2300 students.
The College is currently seeking a qualified teacher to take on a role teaching Design & Technology. The successful applicant will be expected to provide outstanding teaching and learning of Design & Technology to ensure high attainment of students. The post holder will adhere to the professional duties of a teacher as set out in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions of Service document and College policies.
A flexible practitioner able to teach across multiple Design and Technology subjects at Key Stage 3 level is required. The ability to teach Food Technology at Key Stage 4 is desirable.
This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably skilled person to join the College and work in its community of highly motivated staff, enthusiastic students, supportive parents and knowledgeable Governing Board.
