We are looking for an inspirational teacher of Design & Technology and/or GCSE Food and Nutrition to join us in September 2021 (or Jan 2022 start), the ability to teach both subject areas would be an advantage. The successful candidate would be teaching KS3 and KS4. (year groups 7-11)

• Believes that every student, regardless of their background, can make outstanding progress and is able to look at assessment data to drive improvement.
• Is an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher
• Has expert subject knowledge and a passion to ignite enthusiasm for DT/Food with your students
• Uses a variety of teaching methods to present thoughtful learning questions and engage pupils.
• Is highly IT literate
• Is caring and has the drive and passion to develop strong relationships with staff, students and our local community.

King James Academy Rouyston, is a through school formed from the amalgamation of two middle schools and an upper school in 2019. Since 2020 it has been part of the Diamond Learning Partnership Trust. It is approximately 12 miles from Cambridge and is within easy access of London.
