Teacher of Design & Technology job summary
The Technology Faculty includes the Design & Technology, Food Technology and Art departments. At GCSE, Product Design, Food Technology and Art exams are taken by students in Year 10. This means students are given the time to really focus on their portfolio work for these subjects, without the pressure of preparing for their other GCSEs. Students can then opt to take Computing or Electronics, alongside a broad range of other subjects in Year 11.
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Design & Technology; we would be happy to receive applications from Resistant Materials specialists.
The Faculty is friendly, enthusiastic and has a committed team of 16 specialist teaching staff alongside a Curriculum Associate and Technician support.
