Teacher of Design & Technology job summary
Are you an ambitious and dynamic teacher of D&T preferably specialising in Engineering? We are looking to appoint an innovative teacher, who is passionate about their subject and has a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be joining a forward-thinking department that offers a range of GCSE and BTEC courses.
Can you inspire our students to be the best they can be? Can you drive high levels of achievement for all students? We have a great platform on which to build; in January this year, Ofsted inspectors found that:
“Pupils have positive attitudes to learning and they behave well”
“Relationships are respectful throughout the school”
“Staff know pupils well and pupils trust their teachers”
“The school’s curriculum includes courses which prepare pupils well for their next steps. It offers a range of academic and vocational courses. Pupils are given support to make option choices based on their needs”
We encourage talented, ambitious teachers to come and see what a genuine opportunity this role presents.
