An exciting opportunity for a Product Design and/or Resistant Materials specialist to join our Design & Technology team. You will have a passion for your subject and the skills to engage and motivate students across the age and ability range. At Key Stage 3, students experience a range of specialisms through a rotation based curriculum. Students achieve highly at GCSE and the school is committed to further growing our A level D&T provision. We are seeking a teacher who can bring their expertise in Product Design and/or resistant Materials to the A level course. A willingness to teach other subjects within the rotation (Graphics, Food or Textiles) would be advantageous. 

As part of the Art & Design Faculty, the Design & Technology team is playing  a key role in the school's journey to achieving the Artsmark Award, a valuable platform for promoting the subject within the school and wider community.

Parmiter's School relocated to the current 60 acre rural Hertfordshire site from London's East End in 1977.  The school enjoys a good reputation for traditional values and academic achievement whilst maintaining a true family feel among staff and students.
