TEACHER OF DESIGN & TECHNOLOGY job summary

The Governors of St Edmund Arrowsmith Catholic High School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspirational teacher of Design and Technology. The successful candidate must be able to teach a range of Technology areas.

The Technology Department continues to play a significant role developing creativity and enthusing our young learners to develop core skills such as problem solving, collaboration and communication. We were very proud when the Department was awarded First Place in the “Tomorrows Engineers Lego Robotics Challenge” for robot design due to their outstanding programming, construction and teamwork. The colleague that we are inviting to apply will contribute to activities within the school, in order to provide our pupils with the best opportunity to develop and achieve.
