What skills and experience we're looking for

We seek to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Design who engages students through creative delivery and is eager to try new ideas in a supportive environment.

Experience of teaching Engineering as well as Design would be preferable. The candidate should also be able to demonstrate good use of assessment and marking practices, moderation and reporting on student progress and have experience of using classroom behaviour to create a positive work environment.

The Design & Art Faculty is a strong team that are committed to delivering innovative and inspirational lessons to all students. The team contributes to the whole school policy of providing students with a broad and balanced curriculum which will equip them with skills that they can use in the future and prepare them for today’s world of rapidly changing technology.
