What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an inspiring individual to teach Drama and English at Tonbridge Grammar School. This position offers either an exciting opportunity for a good Honours graduate wishing to establish their career in an intellectually stimulating environment or for an experienced Teacher of Drama and English looking to develop their experience in a new school.  

The successful candidate will have a love of literature and a passion for teaching Drama and understand its importance in the curriculum and how it supports the holistic development of our students.

There is individualised professional development to support your career stage be it ECT, middle or senior leadership. We are an International Baccalaureate World School – IB experience is beneficial but not essential as training is provided.
