What skills and experience we're looking for
We wish to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of Drama to cover maternity leave from 13th January 2025. This position is full-time and is suitable for both ECTs and applicants with previous teaching experience. For the right candidate, there is also the possibility of a TLR2(b) allowance for management responsibility of the Drama Department.
The successful candidate will have:

- a clear understanding of the nature of and how to promote effective learning in drama;
- a track record of successful student outcomes across the key stages;

We are a large comprehensive school of 1525 students with 265 in the Sixth Form. KLB is a high performing school and sits at the heart of the local community with extensive links to the surrounding area.
