What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful applicant will be energetic and enthusiastic and enjoy working with 11-16-year-olds. You will enjoy nurturing young people to grow in confidence and flourish personally. You will share our inclusive values of “opportunity, diversity and success for all” and you will have a willingness to develop your own practice in line with our ethos of continuous improvement.
Additionally you will be able to demonstrate
- the ability to plan, resource and deliver highly effective and inspiring lessons as per the allocated timetable.
- leading highly effective tutor periods.
- Your students make exceptional progress and achieve excellent academic results.
- the ability to work with colleagues to design engaging and challenging schemes of work and lessons.
- excellent student behaviour management
- experience of working in the UK, in a secondary setting.
