Teacher of Drama job summary
An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher of Drama & Theatre to join our successful and thriving department. Our Drama facilities are outstanding with two dedicated drama studios and a purpose-built drama centre. The school benefits from a full-time Performing Arts Technician who works across our creative subjects.
As well as enthusing our students at Key Stage 3, you will have the expertise to teach the subject at GCSE and A Level. We currently have 6 GCSE groups and 2 strong A Level groups. The department runs a highly successful school production each year as well as a range of enrichment opportunities for students. The successful candidate will be able to work with students from all year groups through our extra-curricular provision.
Parmiter’s coordinates CPD for the Watford Partnership for Teacher Training and offers a robust induction programme. We can offer the successful candidate:

Parmiter's School relocated to the current 60 acre rural Hertfordshire site from London's East End in 1977. The school enjoys a good reputation for traditional values and academic achievement whilst maintaining a true family feel among staff and students.
