What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a Teacher of Drama to join our team here at Wells Academy. We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving the life chances of students and someone who ensures students achieve outstanding outcomes in Drama. You must be keen to ensure that access to a high quality Drama education is a right to all & not a privilege for a few.
The Wells Academy are looking for a Teacher of Drama to deliver a high quality curriculum to students across both KS3 & KS4. The successful candidate will be a teacher who is committed to supporting students to become expert learners and is able to both enthuse and inspire their students.
The Wells Academy are working hard to develop a fantastic culture for standards and behaviour and are now focusing on ensuring that all learners experience fantastic learning every lesson, every day.
This role is suitable for both an experienced teacher or an ECT.
