What skills and experience we're looking for

The governors seek to appoint an enthusiastic member of staff to join our Economics team from September 2023 or January 2024. We offer an exciting opportunity in an exceptional team and a School that is passionate about Economics as a subject.

Our ideal candidate must be passionate about economics and ready to nurture enquiry. This commitment, and a strong economics degree or background in a closely related field of work is more important to us than qualified teacher status. Economics is one of our most important and popular subjects. The subject is thriving and has a reputation for academic excellence.

A rich range of co-curricular activities are also very popular and include lectures, discussion clubs and student investment challenges. We therefore seek a proactive, engaging individual with a passion for stretching motivated and academically gifted individuals and an enthusiasm for helping our students interpret the economics in the world around them.
