What you can expect in return:-
• A commitment to the on-going development of the subject and its role in helping the school achieve its aims.
• An established, dynamic and supportive staff team committed to ensuring a productive and successful place to work.
• A culture of high expectation and challenge as we consistently seek to develop and extend our practice
• A commitment to developing reflective practitioners through our Continued Professional Development programme.

This post would suit either a successful and experienced teacher looking for a new challenge or a newly qualified teacher who has the potential and desire to be an outstanding teacher. This is a temporary post to cover maternity leave, required to start as soon as possible and would be for three days per week.

Completed application forms and letter of application (not to exceed two sides of A4) to be returned to office@bourne.org.uk or by post addressed to the Headteacher, Mrs Yvonne Watkins.
Interviews will be arranged as suitable candidates become available.

The College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
