Our Department is going through an exciting time with the development of a newknowledge-rich curriculum. We are looking for a teacher who will bring their owndynamism, experience and a positive attitude to become a trusted and valued team member.

The successful candidate will have high expectations of their students, strong subject knowledge, resilience, compassion and a keen desire to learn and grow.

Working in a custom-built modern facility with spacious classrooms and a dedicated office for the English team, we strive to give our students the cultural literacy, deep thinking,communication and grammar skills they need to be able to tackle their exams and the world after school.

This position would suit an Early Career Teacher, a teacher looking for their first move or an experienced teacher in search of a collaborative and innovative department.

Being part of Leigh Academies Trust:As of 1st April 2024, our Trust comprises 32 geographically organised academies (16 secondaries, 14 primaries and 2 special) educating more than 20,000 students and employing 3,000 talented staff.
