We are focused on achieving strong academic outcomes through a rounded education that prepares our learners for life. We are committed to our ‘Trivium’ approach to education, which is summarised on our school website.
The wonderfully diverse population of learners, the emphasis on professional learning for staff and the friendly atmosphere make Ladybridge an interesting and enjoyable place to work. We aspire to be an ‘evidence-informed’ school where teachers are encouraged to read, research, collaborate and take calculated risks in the classroom.
All teaching staff at Ladybridge have a generous allocation of non-contact time: typically 20%, which is double the legal minimum requirement. This ensures that our staff have the time to carry out their role to the highest possible standard, whilst having a genuine work-life balance.
