Teacher of English - 3 days per week job summary
Salary: MPS/UPS dependent on experience, contract: fixed term maternity cover (Jan 2020 to December 2020), part time (Mon, Tues, Wed), required from 1st January 2020.
This is an exciting and challenging post where you will be required to teach English up to Key Stage 5. You will have the opportunity to work with like minded teachers within a supportive team.
You need to have flair and passion for your subject and be able to inspire our young people to achieve their ambitions. English is a high profile subject area with a healthy uptake at KS4 and 5, and a proven track record of results, therefore it is essential that you are enthusiastic, hardworking and conscientious.
This role would equally suit an experienced teacher, or an NQT who is looking for an excellent start to their career. For the right candidate we are willing to offer remuneration up to UPS 3.
