Teacher of English job summary
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Teacher of English with excellent subject knowledge to join our dedicated department.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional teacher with the qualifications and skills to teach English to at least GCSE standard. The ability to teach A level is desired. We would welcome applications from newly qualified teachers or experienced teachers. We provide an extensive and highly supportive programme for our Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and a diverse range of professional improvement opportunities for more experienced staff.
As Newquay Tretherras has a highly successful branch of the newly-formed CELT Sixth Form provision, the successful applicant will have the ability and experience to teach and lead at KS5.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed practitioner to develop their career in a great school, working with our fantastic staff and students.
