Teacher of English job summary

As a Teacher of English you would be required to deliver high quality learning experiences for students. Be responsible for developing your own teaching through academy/Trust CPD and evidence informed research Lesson Observation. Maintain a good climate for learning by consistently using the academy routines and expectations. Maintain high expectations for all and adapt schemes of learning to ensure Progress for All.

This is a permanent role starting 1st September 2022.

Lodge Park Academy is a mixed secondary school situated on the edge of Corby in Northamptonshire, which was officially opened by Formula 1 ace Lewis Hamilton in May 2013. We offer a high quality education for students aged 11 to 19.

The aim of the academy, which is a proud member of the David Ross Education Trust, is to work in partnership with parents, industry and the community to deliver a world-class education for our students.
