We are seeking a dedicated Teacher of English to join our committed, enthusiastic and high performing English department. Guilsborough Academy aims to create an enjoyable and nurturing working environment for both staff and students, where together we strive to actively engage, learn, and improve.

The successful candidate will be a specialist with a passion and enthusiasm for the subject. The ability to teach Media Studies and/or A Level English would be an advantage as we encourage colleagues to teach at all levels.

Applications are welcome from ECT’s for a July 2024 start and also experienced teaching staff. We offer ECT’s a fully supported programme, including regular subject specific mentoring and whole school training.
