Job summary

PURPOSE OF THE POST:
• To work with the Principal and other College and academy leaders to ensure the very best education for the students, through achieving the organisation's aims and objectives.
• To promote the Christian ethos of the school
- To assist the Principal and Head of English in challenging under achievement with a particular focus on those who are at risk of under achievement.
• To carry out any other reasonable request assigned by the Principal or her appointed representative.
