About the role: Are you an enthusiastic, inspiring teacher who can bring English to life and create a nurturing learning environment, within which everyone can reach their full potential? If so, join Wilmington Academy in the role of Teacher of English and you will be part of a highly successful, vibrant, experienced, supportive department.
We welcome applications from current students working towards QTS/PGCE who will be entering into their NQT year from September. As an NQT you'll receive fantastic mentoring at the academy, and also be part of a trust-wide NQT programme to give you the best start in your teaching career. You will have access to a range of professional development opportunities within the academy and also across the wider Trust, tailored to your career aspirations and areas for development.

The Academy is a highly successful, growing secondary of 1,100 pupils housed in state of the art buildings in a semi-rural location just outside of Dartford.
