What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, motivated and inspirational teacher to join our enthusiastic, ambitious, dynamic and very supportive English Faculty. The successful applicant will have the skills to motivate and engage staff and students, and to enrich the lives and learning experiences of our young people. The faculty teaches English Language and English Literature to A Level and opportunities to teach media are available. The role may include some English intervention teaching.

We warmly welcome applications from ECTs looking for their first appointment as well as more experienced practitioners. As the lead school for the Möbius Maths Hub and regional centre for Teaching School Hub Berkshire, Willink can offer the successful candidate unrivalled professional development and subject leadership opportunities.
