We are seeking to appoint a resilient, creative and dynamic teacher to join our English Department. The Department is committed to providing high quality teaching and learning for all students. This post represents an ideal opportunity to work in a vibrant and positive environment. AQA English Language and Literature is taught to all KS4 students.

Bourne Community College is a growing and unique 11-16 mixed comprehensive Trust school, valued and supported by the local community. We have been awarded the Unicef Rights Respecting Schools Award ‘Gold’, which very few secondary schools hold in the country and we are on our journey to become outstanding in every way.

This post would suit either a successful and experienced teacher looking for a new challenge or a newly qualified teacher who has the potential and desire to be an outstanding teacher. This is a permanent post, required for September 2020 or before if possible.

Salary – TMS/UPS.
