We are seeking an inspirational teacher committed to high academic standards who can communicate to young people an enthusiasm for English.

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified English teacher to join a dynamic and supportive department. The post is permanent, full-time or part time and would be suitable for either an ECT or an experienced teacher. The successful candidate would be expected to have a passion for learning and teaching, together with the skills to inspire and motivate our students to achieve the very best they can and is dedicated to their own professional development.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Multi Academy Trust which has a fantastic team of teachers who are dedicated to supporting pupils to make great progress as well as working as a tightly knit team. Wootton Upper School and Kimberley 16 - 19 STEM College (in the nearby village of Stewartby) are operated by Wootton Academy Trust [WAT]. Kimberley College 16-19 STEM College opened in September 2013 and has 700 students. The College was inspected in January 2017 and judged good in most areas and outstanding in personal development and well-being. For the last two years the College has been in the Sunday Times list of the top 20 Sixth Form Colleges in the UK based on the proportion of students getting 2As and 1B or better in facilitating subjects.
