The role
We are currently seeking to appoint a Teacher of English to join an existing team at Friesland School. As part of this role you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons inspiring students within your subject area. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an individual who likes a challenge and is committed to students’ learning and ensuring they each achieve their full potential.

The person
We are looking to appoint an excellent teacher who has the ability to demonstrate their talent and drive through a passion for teaching. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and hardworking committed to improving the outcomes of students at all key stages.

Essential educational requirements

Degree in relevant subject and evidence of continuing professional development.

Essential qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status or completion of training programme.

Essential skills and experience

Knowledge of the National Curriculum including latest developments, initiatives and current issues. Is able to teach National Curriculum Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 including the full GCSE specification.
