What skills and experience we're looking for

Harrow Way is an over-subscribed, vibrant and successful secondary school in Andover, Hampshire. We are keen to recruit an English Teacher to join our team from September 2024, to deliver high quality teaching and learning to our students. English is a highly regarded subject area at Harrow Way, in which students are successful in terms of exam performance, enjoyment of their learning and preparation for their future lives. It is a department which is extremely well-led by a supportive Director of English. You will be joining a well-established, English department and will become part of an innovative team of teachers who enjoy working together to create shared resources.

The successful candidate will have a flexible approach with an ability to teach English across KS3 and KS4. Our door is open to any talented English teacher, whether new to the teaching profession or experienced.
