What skills and experience we're looking for

• Articulate a vision for the development of KS4 English

• Demonstrate outstanding teaching ability.

• Be committed to raising standards of achievement.

• Lead on developing learning and teaching throughout KS4; developing schemes of work to increase

rates of progress and challenge abilities.

• Ensure all data is moderated and passed for data analysis to the designated person, in a timely

manner and that data informs teaching and learning across the key stage.
