What skills and experience we're looking for

Along with being a dynamic, committed and personable Teacher, as a Key Stage Leader, you will ensure standards are met, instilling a sense of pride in each of our students and raising attainment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly effective practitioner to contribute to and support the leadership of raising standards in teaching and learning across the department, which will inevitably have a positive and direct impact on pupils’ learning and experience.

To be successful, you will:

  • Set high expectations which motivate and challenge students in a productive learning environment
  • Promote good outcomes by students, planning well-structured lessons
  • Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
  • Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all students
  • Make accurate and productive use of assessment
  • Fulfil wider professional responsibilities with high standards of personal and professional conduct
