Teacher of English - KS4 Lead job summary
We are seeking to appoint an inspiring, innovative and highly motivated Teacher of English who is able to lead on KS4 to our passionate and experienced team. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to teach English language and English literature from KS3 to KS5 and be able to drive their vision in terms of resources and pedagogical practice. Applicants should have the ability to bring out the best in students; engage students through creative delivery and be eager to try new ideas in a supportive environment. The candidate will need to work under the overall direction of the Subject Leader and as part of a collegiate English Leadership group comprising the Head of English and the Leader of Key Stage 3. It is essential that the candidate can build on the development of our brand-new KS3 mastery programme and collaboratively work with the Ks3 Leader.
