Recruitment & Retention Bonus for English Teachers
We are delighted to offer a Recruitment & Retention Bonus of up to £4,500 for this role. The bonus will be paid as follows:
£1,500 upon appointment
£1,500 upon successful completion of your first year
£1,500 paid upon successful completion of your second year
Alongside this opportunity, we are also offering the potential for a TLR for raising standards within year groups.
