What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Experience of raising attainment in a challenging classroom environment
  • Evidence of continually improving the teaching and learning of their subject
  • Successful teaching experience in the Secondary phase
  • Ability to teach all aspects of A level and GCSE English
  • Qualified teacher as well as qualified to degree level or above in English
