Do you have a passion for English and the tenacity to drive and improve the outcomes for students? A superb opportunity for someone to join out English department on a fixed term basis to cover a period of maternity leave. The post will commence in January 2022 and is expected to continue until April, with the potential to extend into next academic year. We are looking for someone who: Has a drive for excellence and a desire to be outstanding Is highly organised, motivated and driven to succeed Is a specialist in English and committed to the progress of ALL students Is a team member who will collaborate with colleagues to ensure the progress of students Has enthusiasm, presence and authority who can deliver consistently

We offer 180 student places every year, with a total capacity of 900. We also host a special facility for up to 10 young people with speech and language and communication difficulties.
