About the role:
Ash Green School are seeking a Teacher of English on a fixed term basis to cover maternity. With direction from the Head of Department for English, the purpose of the role is to teach exceptional lessons that engage and challenge all students, whilst creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of raising attainment in a challenging classroom environment
- Evidence of continually improving the teaching and learning of their subject
- Successful teaching experience in the Secondary phase
- Ability to teach all aspects of A level and GCSE English
- Qualified teacher as well as qualified to degree level or above in English
