Teacher of English - Maternity Cover job summary
TEACHER OF ENGLISH (MPS)
(Maternity Cover)
We are looking for a talented and outstanding teacher of English to cover a maternity leave for a minimum of two terms from September 2019. You will be creative, inspirational and be able to teach high quality English lessons across Key Stage 3 & 4. For an NQT, we will support your development for a minimum of 2 terms of NQT Induction.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, well-motivated teacher to join our large, innovative and successful English department. You must have very good subject knowledge, be able to plan effectively to achieve targets and be able to inspire and challenge students to reach their full potential. Furthermore, you should also be willing to take an active role in the extra-curricular activities that take place within the Academy.
