We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic English teacher to join our dedicated team. This role would involve being responsible for English across the school, up to GCSE level and driving the improvement of literacy skills in all pupils. As Meade Hill is a small school, there may be need to deliver other subjects, as needed.We are looking for:• an experienced and energetic practitioner with the knowledge, skills and understanding of a range of teaching, learning, assessment and behaviour management strategies to make a positive impact on the progress of the pupils.• a highly motivated, innovative person with enthusiasm and commitment.• the proven ability to work collaboratively in a multi professional teamYou will fully participate in the life of the school, assisting with extra-curricular activities and will take a lead responsibility for a subject area or cross curricular responsibility across the school.
