About you:

You will be:

  • a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with excellent subject knowledge.
  • able to plan and deliver consistently high-quality, well-structured lessons across relevant key stages, promoting strong progress and outcomes.
  • skilled in adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including pupil premium, looked after children, SEND and high-attaining students.
  • a strong communicator who builds positive, professional relationships with students, colleagues and parents/carers, and contributes positively to the wider life of the school.
  • committed to high expectations of behaviour, learning and achievement, creating a safe and stimulating environment rooted in mutual respect.
  • proactive in contributing beyond the classroom, supporting enrichment opportunities and the wider curriculum.
  • reflective and motivated to continually develop your own practice while supporting and influencing the development of others.
  • highly competent in all elements of the Teachers’ Standards, with a sustained and substantial contribution expected at Upper Pay Scale.
