What skills and experience we're looking for

With a large expansion of our site due to commence in the coming months to accommodate an increase in pupil numbers from 750 to 900, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated members of staff to join our ‘family Fisher More’ for this exciting phase in our journey.

We seek a dynamic and inspirational teacher of English, who has a flair for working with young people to join our English department in securing the best possible outcome for our pupils.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and willing to show a high degree of dedication. They should be creative, imaginative and possess a passion and an aptitude for the subject. They must have high standards in their own work. Similarly, they must have high expectations of pupils’ work and behaviour.
