Teacher of English job summary
We are looking for an outstanding full-time English Teacher who can teach KS3 to KS5, with the subject knowledge to deliver high-quality lessons to ensure great learning.
The successful candidate is an outstanding practitioner who may be an ECT looking for their first teaching job or a more experienced colleague with the desire and ability to take on a Key Stage at English (ideally KS3, although open to other applications) and translate their vision to a team, ensuring their high standards are met.
The English department at Richard Reynolds are passionate about instilling a love of literature in all of our students. The curriculum is dynamic, challenging and carefully sequenced to ensure that all students make great progress, whether that be achieving a grade 5 at GCSE or an A* at A Level. The department is outstanding and the team has high standards of themselves and the students they teach..
