What skills and experience we're looking for

The Role

You will be a Early Career or experienced teacher of English who can plan, teach, and assess their specialism from KS3 to KS4, and potentially at KS5. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective teaching and learning of pupils. The school is looking for an exceptional teacher who can create a supportive, encouraging and safe learning environment for all pupils of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

What you will need to succeed:

You will need to exhibit a passion for your subject and radiate creativity and enthusiasm in the classroom. You will have high expectations of yourself and the pupils, and demonstrate a flexible approach to working with other members of staff. You will be committed to improving the learning outcomes for all pupils in the school.
