What skills and experience we're looking for

The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding, highly skilled and ambitious English teacher to join Robertsbridge Community College. We welcome applications from both experienced and early career teachers. You will play a key part in supporting the development of the College in moving from good to outstanding.

Examination results in English have increased consistently over recent years, and we require a teacher who can play a key role in building on this success. We want our students to achieve highly and develop a love of language and literature. The successful applicant will join a vibrant department where all teachers are committed to improving students’ progress as well as providing a range of exciting extra-curricular opportunities.
