What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in English or a related field.Strong subject knowledge and assessment expertise in English.
  • Proven experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to influence whole-school practice.
  • A passion for literacy and a commitment to equity in education.
