What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and inspirational Food Technology & Catering teacher to join our Art & Technology Department. You should be committed to supporting our students to ‘be the best they can be’. You will have a clear focus and understanding of what makes high quality teaching and learning and provide excellent outcomes for students.
The Art and Technology department includes Product Design, Food, Textiles, Art and Photography. The department consists of a small, dedicated team who have a positive ethos of collaboration, high standards, sharing ideas and supporting one another.
We request that only qualified teachers (with QTS) apply.
Alongside this role, we have a vacancy for a Progress Leader (Head of Year). The aim of the Progress Leader (Head of Year) is to promote the vision, ethos and policies of the Academy. The Progress Leader will foster high levels of achievement, outstanding attendance, excellent behaviour for learning and optimum safety and well-being of all students.
