Are you an inspirational and determined teacher looking for a new challenge? Do you have the skills and personality required to motivate pupils to outstanding outcomes? Are you passionate about modern foreign languages and their transformative potential? Are you determined that all students will develop the confidence to become talented linguists?

For September 2023 we are seeking to appoint an ambitious, charismatic, and innovative French Teacher to drive excellent outcomes for pupils. You will be passionate about education and how Modern Foreign languages can enrich the lives of our students. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an ambitious team and contribute to the development of an Academy that provides a first class education for all of its learners.

Washwood Heath is an incredibly unique and special community. We are looking for an ambitious French teacher to support the Academy through the next stages of our journey to Outstanding. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Modern Foreign language team and contribute to a Department that seeks to provide a first class education for all of its learners. In order for all pupils to achieve academic excellence, we deliver a knowledge-rich curriculum where teachers are the experts and their role it is to convey their knowledge and expertise to pupils. We believe that all pupils are entitled to learn about ‘The best, which has been thought and said’ (Matthew Arnold).

We are part of the Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust which is a family of local schools located within 15 minutes of one another: 4 Primary schools, 2 Secondary schools and 1 All-through school. This will give you the opportunity to grow and develop professionally with a fantastic Academy Trust that is very supportive and collaborative with a strong sense of community.
