To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and knowledge rich curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.

Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher/Form Tutor.

To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.

Contribute to raising standards of student attainment.

To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.

This is a permanent, full-time role.

The school takes its name from the legendary composer Sir Malcolm Arnold. Born in Northampton in 1921, he was one of the leading figures in 20th-century classical music and helped to establish the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain.
