Teacher of Geography job summary
We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Geography. The post is a part-time position, 2 days per week, however the hours equivalent to 2 days may be split across 3 days depending on timetable needs, equating to 0.4 of a full time equivalent. The hours/days of work are to be discussed at interview, at present the role is undertaken on a Thursday and Friday. The successful post holder will join a team of staff who are committed and enthusiastic in realising the vision of the academy and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our students.

Chapeltown Academy is a purpose built Post 16 academy which is based at Hydra Business Park in the heart of the community between Ecclesfield and Chapeltown.
The Academy provides A-level education with a personalised and caring ethos. We are immensely proud of our students and their achievements which have placed us at the top of the academic progress tables for North Sheffield and well above the national average. Our Ofsted report in September 2018 grade us as Good.
