If you want to encourage young learners to engage with the world around them and understand their part in it, come and join a like-minded faculty of Humanities teachers.
Geography is a popular and successful subject at GCSE. We are looking for a well qualified and enthusiastic teacher of Geography to join the Humanities faculty to teach across both key stages and willing to offer a second subject for example in the LIFE faculty.
The successful candidates will be passionate about their subject, committed to motivating students to reach their full potential and offer enrichment beyond the classroom. Claydon High School provides an excellent support programme for newly appointed staff.

Claydon High School is a popular, oversubscribed and friendly comprehensive school on the outskirts of Ipswich; we are situated close to the A14 with easy transport links across Suffolk and into Essex. We are a small school with 776 students on roll which means that there is a close working relationship with all the staff and students in the school.
