What skills and experience we're looking for
Role: Teacher of Geography (Maternity Cover)
Hours: 100%
Start Date: January 2025
Until: January 2026
We are looking for a new Geography Teacher to join us as maternity cover, to work in a brand new, state of the art £34 million school. This is an opportunity to take on an exciting role at the first ‘all through’ school in Essex. The Beaulieu Park School opened the doors to 60 Reception children in September 2018. In September 2019, another cohort were welcomed into the Primary School, together with 180 Year 7 students. We are pleased that we are oversubscribed with families nominating us as their first choice school each year since. The school will grow as we have just opened an additional primary site and will also welcome students into Year 13 in September 2025. We are looking to appoint a teacher of Geography to play a pivotal role in the Humanities department.
We will consider applications for those seeking a part-time post. This role will suit an ECT or a more experienced colleague that has the enthusiasm, passion and drive that would enable not only them, but our students to thrive. We can promise the most impeccably behaved, polite and motivated students and an environment where your priority will always be teaching. Joining us will mean joining the Beaulieu family, one that we are very proud of.
If you would like an informal conversation, or to arrange a visit, please contact Mrs Baggott atkbaggott@beaulieuparkschool.com.
This job closes on 21 October 2024 at 12:00 midday with interviews planned for later in the week.
