Teacher of geography/humanities job summary
We require a teacher of geography/humanities, to commence at the start of the autumn term 2021. For this role we are very open to discussing the possibility of flexible working opportunities, such as job sharing or part-time arrangements. This is an essential appointment for the college as an 11-16 school and the successful candidate will be required to teach geography across the age and ability range. We would also welcome applications from teachers of humanities who may be able to offer both geography and history. Please refer to the geography faculty summary within the application pack for an overview of this dynamic department. Geography is a successful and forward-thinking department within the college. Standards of teaching and learning are very high and members of staff work cohesively to make significant contributions to both the department and across the college.
The appointment provides a fantastic opportunity for a suitably qualified candidate in a school that values its members of staff. Our members of staff are incredibly hard working and caring and we expect all employees to adopt these standards and support the values and ethos of the college, of which we are very proud.
